Private Studio Events

Large groups may reserve the entire studio for exclusive access during their event time for a flat rate of $450 plus tax and a max amount of 18 people.

Private studio bookings:

• Allow your group to play multiple rooms simultaneously

• Create a more personalized experience

• Help your group stay together during the event

• Give flexibility for schools, teams, and large gatherings

Because reserving the full studio blocks additional public bookings and often requires additional staffing, private event pricing is based on a minimum booking amount or guaranteed participant count.

Group Policies & Guidelines

To help every group have the best possible experience, we ask that guests follow these guidelines:

Adult Supervision:

Groups with children ages 12 and under must include at least one participating adult supervisor in each room.

This helps:

• keep gameplay organized and enjoyable

• protect room props and puzzles

• ensure safety during the experience

• help younger players stay engaged

Final Group Counts

For private events and large group reservations, final participant counts must be confirmed prior to the event date so that we can have the staff needed on hand.

Respect for Rooms & Props

Our escape rooms are immersive, handcrafted experiences. We ask all guests to:

• avoid forcing locks or props

• follow staff instructions

• treat rooms respectfully

• maintain safe behavior during gameplay

Groups displaying unsafe or destructive behavior may have their game ended without refund.
